Friendly gay professional looking for a room

Hi there, Thanks for looking at my profile.

I'm a 35 year old, fully house trained (thanks mum!), gay professional working in central Brighton.

I've been sharing a flat in Brighton with friends for the last year but now I'm looking for something a little.. calmer shall we say.

The ideal situation would be to become a lodger with a professional who has a spare room they are looking to rent out (open to alternatives options though). I have an established group of friends and like to get out socially but enjoy having somewhere peaceful to relax and call home.

It would be great to find someone on a similar wavelength (likes a beer or glass of wine) that would benefit from having company but not living in each other's pockets.

I'm looking to spend around ?600 a month including bills for a double room, it doesn't need to be furnished.

If you have something of interest I'd live to come see and maybe go for a coffee and take it from there!
