Vanlifer looking for a temp winter let

Hello!
I am a freelance writer & creative, and part-time in arts admin/access support. I'm also half way through a Masters in Creative Writing with OU.

I like a quiet and peaceful home for an ideal working-from-home environment, and as a sensory rest (I'm neurodivergent).
If preferred, I can work out of the house at least some of the week, I think it would do me good to go and work with different views.

I have a cat called Hailey who is small, very sweet and well behaved. She is not a scratcher. She loves having access to outside.

For the past 2 years, we've lived in a campervan, but with my masters course about to restart (and I'm expecting it to be more time consuming in the second year) I am considering other options for some/part of the winter period.

I'm looking for a furnished/part furnished room or studio flat, in a peaceful place, ideally with an outdoor space.

In an ideal world, I would like to live somewhere with a bath, a decent kitchen and bills included but I am willing to be flexible for the right space.

The property would also need to be cat friendly, but like I said - she is very well behaved.

As for location, as mentioned I quite like the idea of being on the outskirts of town and super close to the South Downs, or some other nature. Somewhere between Shoreham and Saltdean and no further inland than Hassocks.

I need to be able to park my van close to home. I will likely still go away on trips fairly often. And will sometimes drive my van to go and write or work for the day somewhere with a different view!

I'm friendly and enjoy a bit of social connection and the odd shared meal, movie night etc. But I'm also very happy in my own company and need quite a bit of alone time to recharge.
I lived in Brighton for around 10 years before moving into the van, so I have lots of connections here already.
