Looking for room (1 or 2-bed flat)

Hi,

I am looking for a furnished, double room to rent in a shared flat.

I like the areas around Clapham, but would also consider other central areas with easy access to Farringdon/City Thameslink stations (so locations like Elephant and Castle, Holborn, Farringdon, Stratford).
A spacious room, kitchen and a shared living room will be preferred. Ideally looking for 1 other flatmate. Buddy ups also welcome. Individual bathrooms/en-suite would be preferable. Also nice-to-have would be a garden/balcony/terrace.

I am clean, respectful of flatmates, quiet and would expect the same from others. I would prefer to live with people that would like to hang out every now and then (i. e. not be complete strangers and occasionally have dinners, watch films, have a bbq or a drink etc). If you are very busy, I am also happy to give you space to yourself, as long as we have good communication and respect each other.

I work in Medical Communications, and have been working in London for over 15 years. I work from home some days and from the office others.
