Looking for a double room!

Unfortunately my landlord has decided to sell our lovely flat in Brockley, so I’m now looking for a double room to rent 🏡

• Move-in date: end of September-October
• Budget: up to £700 per month + bills
• Location: preferably around Brockley, or close to the overground.

A bit about me: I’m 31, work full-time as a creative retoucher (wfh 1-2 per week), and am an avid reader. I’m tidy, considerate, and enjoy a calm, comfortable home. I’m hoping to find a quiet place with friendly, like-minded housemates — ideally just 1–2 people, and no couples.
