60yo single man. Clean quiet respectful

I need a place to be alone in. I'm always on my computer or reading. Good Wifi is essential.
I'm clean, quiet, respectful and not unhealthy.

I do smoke tobacco so need easy access to smoking. A room with it's own outside door would be perfect.

I am receiving long term benefits and this is how I pay my rent. Always on time without fail.
I can get excellent references.

I am presently in a self contained Housing Association place but I need to move because of disturbance from above which is upsetting my sleep.
This current home will give me good references.

I'm a good tenant if you don't mind somebody who seems to hide away on his own. I'm not at all unfriendly, it's just how I like to be.

I am absolutely no problem and a good tenant.
