Room wanted

I am looking for a houseshare within walking distance to Fletton Quays (25mins max ideally). I do not mind if this is a single or double room. I will be working roughly 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri in Peterborough.

I have a car and so require an area to park, ideally off road.

I enjoy spending time socialising in shared spaces whilst living in houseshares so it would be great if this would suit you also.
