Looking for a whole property, Annexe, Caravan.

We are honest people who are looking to relocate to Devon. We do not mind which area in Devon as we have fallen in love with it all.
A little about us:
We are a couple in our late 40s who want to begin a quite life in Devon having lived the rat race for far to long in Sussex. My partner is a Carpenter/Cabinet Maker who also make movie props on commission for people. For example, Daleks, and the Phone Box from Dr Who, R2D2, BB8 and The Millenium Falcon from Star Wars to name but a few. He is self employed. I work within company Accounts. We are currently living with my Mother In Law but are very desperate to move to Devon.
We are looking for somewhere nice and friendly that we can call home where I can look for a new job in Devon and my partner can look for a workshop to enable him to continue his carpentry. Or if the property had a barn or workshop that would be ideal. We just need somebody to give us the break that we are looking for. So that we can get on our feet to start our new life in Devon. We are looking for an annexe, whole property (must be a house not flat) or a caravan. Somewhere to call home whilst we look for a property for life.
