Let's Rent Somewhere We'd Actually Want to Live

Professional male looking to buddy up with one other established professional (30+) to rent a premium two-bedroom Build-to-Rent apartment in West London.

I've already identified an excellent development in Acton that I'm very interested in, with a total monthly rent in the region of £3,000–£3,400 (approximately £1,700–£1,800 each). If you know of an even better Build-to-Rent development, I'm open to suggestions.

Ideally looking for someone who is financially secure, mature, clean, respectful and easy to live with. I'm after a genuine home rather than a party flat, and would prefer someone who values a relaxed, sociable environment while respecting each other's space.

Development has concierge, gym, co-working facilities and resident events. If you're looking for a high-quality long-term home rather than just a room, I'd be great to hear from you.
