- Double room wanted
Total budget: £1,000 pcm
Description
I'm a friendly professional from New Zealand looking for a double room in a friendly flat.
My budget is ~£1000p/m. I have some of small furniture including a bed which I'd like to keep if possible. I'd love to be within close distance to a tube station.
About me: I've lived in London for 10 years and work as a fundraiser for a University. I love dinners out with friends and going to gigs, the outdoors, travelling and cooking. I play club football most Thursday evenings and Sundays which keeps me fairly busy, aside from that its Netflix or a quiet night in.
I'm used to sharing with others and am very considerate when it comes to noise and keeping shared spaces clean.
My Ideal home: a smaller flat share with mature professionals who are like-minded and friendly. We might enjoy catch ups, dinner, or glass of wine/tea together, but don't take it personally when people are focused on their own thing. In my experience its much nicer if we are able to enjoy some warmth and conversation than to live as strangers.
Like any Londoner I dream of an easy and straightforward commute as it can be the difference be the difference between sanity and insanity (I work in South Kensington). For that reason flats in outer London or East London are not suitable. The house should have the basic amenities (fridge/washing machine etc). and a living room would be ideal.
If this sounds like you, please drop me a message.
