I am 33 years old and work in the civil service. I've been told it's almost impossible to be sacked in the civil service and I'm quite happy in my role, so in me you will have stability.

I currently live in M6 Irlam of the Heights area and seeking in same sort of area - preferring to be 30-45minutes from Manchester by public transport at a max.

I am not interested in being a lodger I'm afraid, I'm looking for long-term. I have been in my current rental since 2019; and therefore would prefer the certainty an AST brings.

I am quite introverted and enjoy my quiet time to myself when I am not working. My biggest hobbies are video games and martial arts. My gaming is done through headphones so no worries about noise.

I have quite an extensive hybrid wfh/gaming setup consisting of three monitors, so I would like any offered rooms to either have a desk already which would accommodate this, or room for me to purchase my own desk.

Would prefer en-suite, but have shared bathrooms for years. My working hours are quite dynamic but I'm usually out of the house by 6ish each morning so even if sharing I imagine I'd be long gone before those working a traditional 9-5.
