42 Male Full-time Professional

I am a 42 year old male working professional (working in the Digital Marketing sector) looking for a double room in a quiet(ish) household to let in London, no more than a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest tube or train station.

I am looking for a relatively quiet but friendly household as my main out-of-work interests is meditation and require a place to practice. One deal breaker for me is having enough space in the room for a yoga mat. Apart from yoga & meditation I am a keen follower of films and anything related to film (writing, acting, sound, cinematography etc.) In an ideal world the house would have a recycling and compost bin :)

I have been flat/housesharing for many years in London and in Auckland, NZ and have also been the lead tenant for many years. As such am aware of all the main requirements for a flat/houseshare - keeping communal areas clean and tidy, cleaning up after oneself, cleaning dishes after meals etc. I'd like to live in an environment that feels comfortable and where there is a friendly atmosphere.

A couple of dealbreakers: Maximum 2 occupants in property including myself; enough space for a yoga mat in the room.

I have a green finger and have 6 small to medium and one large house plant. Currently they are all in my room but Id be happy to spread these around the new apartment/house.
