Double room needed in South east London

Hello! I’m Rachael- I’m 32 yr old actor musician, who looks after children and teaches as my 9-5 when I’m not acting. I’ve lived in Forest Hill for the past 7 years but unfortunately my landlord has decided to sell our lovely house!

So, I’m looking for somewhere to call home from January! Im very chilled and happy in my own space, but also very happy to socialise and watch Netflix and drink wine on the sofa! Im an absolute bookworm and will always be reading something, i try to go to the gym/yoga as much as i can, I love an theatre trip, and im pretty much vegan (occasionally eat eggs!) very liberal, massive lgbtq+ ally (my best friend and brother are gay so this is very important to me!) and originally from Liverpool though my accent is pretty much gone now!
Would love to find somewhere were we are friends and not just housemates!
Preferably looking around Forest Hill/sydenham/penge/on the overground
