Wanted- Self-Contained Property from Mar/Apr 2026

Hello! I’m a professional female, employed full-time with a good salary, looking for a one-bedroom self-contained property in West Cornwall from March/April next year. I sold my property last year, which gives me the flexibility to work and travel for periods without being tied to a high mortgage.

I’m seeking a comfortable, welcoming base to return to.

A little about me:
• I have one incredibly well-behaved, well-travelled dog who is happy in new spaces—no trouble, damage, chewing, or noise.
• I’m a responsible dog owner and look after properties as if they were my own.
• Active and outdoorsy, I enjoy life over high bills.
• References can be provided.
• Flexible on property type – all options considered.
• Ideally, the property is well-maintained, either furnished or unfurnished, and preferably with parking.

Budget: Up to £800 per month (with or without bills) allowing me to comfortably manage periods away travelling.
