Not a dating app. Not a job application. Not a dating app. Not a job application...
Well, hello there :)
*About Me*
After graduating from UoB with an MSc 12-months or so ago and securing a job in independent media, I am now in the luxurious position of being able to upgrade my living space slightly. Don't get me wrong, I am comfortable where I am and I get along fantastically well with my current housemates - testimonials incoming - but it would be nice to have a bit more space, be somewhere closer to the centre, and maybe even invest in a bike and have somewhere to store that.
I have worked for NGOs most my life, have lived in Turkey, Guyana and Nepal, as well as done a year of digital nomadding around Europe before coming to Bristol. For about 9 years, I was a veggie, but I am back to eating meat and fish again now. I live a chill, humble, stress-free life and have been granted a title of "good egg" dozens of times. I don't drink much at all there days and very much not a party person. Can often be found in the gym, sipping on an oat latte in a cafe, on a football pitch, browsing charity shops and bookstores, or wandering through an art gallery or photog exhibition. I also like gigs and festivals, though I am not sure my deathcore, post-hardcore, and hardcore punk is to everyone's liking.
My new hobbies for 2026 are photography and learning to be a better cook.
*Pad as a housemate*
I have lived with A LOT of people in my time, and am delighted to say that many of them are still good friends of mine, and some have even become best friends. Due to my vast experience of existing under the same roof with other people, I am house trained to the highest of standards.
I am clean, considerate and generally quiet, there are never any problems with bills, I'm respectful of others space and belongings, great with animals, and never hog the TV.
And now for the boring stuff:
- Ideally a max of 3 other housemates
- Calm, clean, respectful
- Adequate desk space in the bedroom needed
- No students
- 25-45
- Preferably a furnished house
