Double room wanted for professional

I am looking for a new place to call home near to some green spaces and good pubs.
Ideally this would be in a house with one or two others.

I’m an acoustics engineer and will be moving to Manchester in October or early November.

I’m quiet and clean, and looking for a relaxed but social house 😊 One of my best friends lives in Heaton moor so I should be over there a bit, but I plan to make some new friends in the area.

I enjoy life drawing, gigs, walking, traveling and going out for meals and drinks.

I work normal 9-5 hours but my company are going to be helping me open a new office in Stockport or Manchester so I may be out a bit more than that.
