Leafy quiet room/annex/flat wanted, in Exeter

Double room or annex wanted, in quiet house.

I'm a 28 year old architecture student, searching for a place to stay Exeter, from end of February.
Would love to find a place with a family or a flatmate.

Hopefully could be dog friendly.
I have a 15 year old terrier, who is very quiet and sleeps most of the time. She would most likely need to come too! Although she may stay with my family.

Searching for somewhere with an outdoor space and close to a park or common area. Must have nearby amenities, preferably very close to the Streatham Campus and connected bus routes.

Prefer own bathroom, but not essential :) And have spacious desk for work.
