38 male, looking for buddy up, chilled home

Hello, I'm Ashley. I have spent a number of years living across Highbury, Islington and Dalston, and would be happy to stay in the area or nearby. I'm also open to living elsewhere, if it is the right home with the right housemates.

I am looking to buddy up with some similarly-minded people. I like to treat the home like a home: that means being considerate of each other, keeping the noise down and the home clean and tidy, but making it a nice place to be to share dinners, watch TV, catch up in the evenings or at weekends when around, and be respectful of each other's individual space too. I prefer to keep parties and loads of guests out of the house.

I work in design, fairly close to a 9-5 schedule, which at the moment is mostly at home with one day per week in the office. Outside of work, I like design and photography, hiking, reading, cooking, plants, dogs, fitness, sport and loads more.
