Searching for a place to call Home!

Hey everyone, queer (he/they) French entity here!
I've been living in London and the U. K. for the past 10 years (on&off).
Currently working at a theatre, as well as being an artist in my spare time; making my way into screenwriting/producing/directing and theatre-making gigs !

My Mama raised me to clean-as-I-go, which means I expect the same from others too.
I’m a creative like-minded person and I really enjoy spending some alone time as well as together with the people I live and my friends & family.

I really need to find a place that is not a ‘party-house’ but where the atmosphere is very homey and chilled.
I’d love to find a place in Zones 1 to 4.
Talking about that; I’d like to find a place for £500, but willing to stretch to £700 (all bills included) for the Perfect Place; and by perfect place I mean somewhere I can be who I am freely, without judgement, and where people are happy to help one another to grow and learn new things.
Double bed preferred but flexible :-) - cause really I’m looking long-term.

That somewhere must be; and I emphasize on this; ADDICTION-FREE.
Also if I can find a place where only 1, 2 or 3 other peeps to live with that’d be amazing!

Around the house I can be found watching TV, DVDs and Netflix. I do read sometimes and listen to music but I really tend to be in my bedroom writing.

I’d really like to emphasize on the fact I’m looking for somewhere QUIET - not a party house/flat/warehouse !.

I’m super friendly and have a good way of communicating and living in a considerate way. I’m looking for more of a Home situation, where we can hang out, cook dinners and have some wine together. I’m into arts, concerts and discovering interesting new voice through new media.

On a long hiatus : trying to learn new languages - German & why not some Italian and Spanish.

Ideally looking to move in with some {LGBTQIA+} human beings; but anyone will do as long as we click!
