I like write to write books

I would like to live in an accommodation where it is quiet clean if possible limitation a ground or first floor room. no problems with the neighbours i. e no drug users, dealers or dealings nearby. out of town or on the out skirts of town would do fine (Although I am asking too much). I would also like to live somewhere people of my own age live too or people whom are quiet and friendly.
