• Furnished studio apartment or small, solo property
• Parking included / on street parking available
• Kitchen area and washing machine
• Wi-Fi and bills preferably included, although not a dealbreaker
• Suitable remote working conditions with good desk space
• Budgeting around £1,000 PCM & £1,500 (bills all in)

Parks, independent businesses, cafes and places to socialise nearby also welcome.

Keen to secure somewhere before July, so very committed to finding the right home and I have good and recent references.

Open to small house share, and by small, max 2-3 persons with myself included. Likeminded professionals looking for a flat mate also get in touch.
