Looking for a private space

Hi there, I am working in project management and my wife works in accounts. We are a friendly, quiet and ans clean couple.

We are looking for either a 1 bed flat, or potentially a studio with a proper private kitchen and bathroom. We wfh 2-3 days per week so need suitable space to accommodate 2 desks. We need to be within 10 min walk max to a mainline railway station.

We are open to suggestions for location as long as it is located close to a train station and within the zones 1-6 oyster cap. Although our preference is Caterham and surrounds.

We are on a monthly rolling contract with 1 month notice.
