Room in a friendly flat wanted near Clapham Common

Hello,

I'm looking for a flat/house share within a reasonable commute of Clapham Common - preferably Balham.

I would like to find something with someone/people who are happy to spend time together in the house/flat as well as happy to do their own thing. Would prefer a double room with a bit of space, a shared living room and shared kitchen. I have some bedroom furniture coming with me but can try to sell it if it doesn’t fit.

I've lived in the area before and looking forward to coming back. I've lived with good friends and new people and have gotten along well in all situations: much nicer to feel at home with the people your living with. I'm very well house trained and expect others in a house to keep the place clean and tidy too.

Covid stuff: I work as a primary school teacher and have been very careful with Covid stuff, sticking to the rules and testing regularly. I would prefer if the household did the same.

Most of my time during lockdown has been TV related with some crafts, cooking and running to keep fit.

Looking forward to finding someone new to live with, and hopefully a very nice place to live.
