33 yrs old, looking for relaxed home in north/east

I’ve just moved back to London in some short term accommodation and am looking for something long term to call a home. Ideally with a few housemates in a shared house in east - Hoxton, Dalston, London Fields, Haggerston, Hackney etc.

Job
I work in sustainable energy consulting based in Old Street and go into the office 4 days a week, and can go in more if necessary.

Living
While my friends have been buying houses, getting married and popping out kiddies, I have been growing and caring for my collection of house plants, so will bring them along if able. I can provide furniture too if needed.
I have shared a house with 3 friends for a long time in London in the past and was the second cleanest, after the OCD super clean flatmate. I love a good cleaning rota and am happy to chip in for a cleaner as well.

I like to be social with housemates, but of course respect private time too. I am looking for a place to relax and wind down and have some nights in with dinner & film nights; I am an expert in romcoms, some trashy tv (currently MAFS, I can't hack Love Island anymore though). I can also provide some good board games too and am keen to have some friends around every now and again for dinner/drinks/games.

Hobbies and social
I have friends dotted around London so am getting back to a regular social calendar, though am not regularly going on big nights out any more.
I am more into sports; go to the gym regularly and play for a basketball team based in Hoxton, playing Thu evening and Sunday afternoons and getting down the pub after. I am also keen to play tennis in the summers. I haven't gone full-millennial into triathlons/ironmans but I have been doing some very inefficient swimming recently and lots of sitting in the sauna chatting to old ladies.

I also go to life drawing classes semi-regularly, which I find very calming to switch off a bit from the hectic London life. Until I try to draw someone’s face or hands and end up with a charcoal monstrosity. But then I just have a glass of wine and start again.
