Seeking quiet, clean house for easy commute

I need to move out of my current place, and I’m looking for a shared house. I want to live with other like-minded people who are tidy and respectful, and not party animals. My ideal house would be on the smaller side (less people sharing).

I’m a retail administrator in the city, so I’m out at least 5 days out of 7 Monday to Friday (zero working from home)

In my spare time, I love heading to museums, listening to music (headphones only, I’m very quiet), catching up on cinema & streaming releases, exploring our awesome city, going to the theatre, and many other nerdy things! After work, I do need time to decompress, so I’m not the most social person ever. But would love housemates I can catch up with on the weekends.

Double bed ideally, please. I don't smoke, and don't have any pets moving with me, but would love a house with a cat or dog. If you're a smoker, but smoke outside, that's fine, just not in the house please.
