Looking for a Mon-Fri Prof tenant?

Hello

I'm looking for a furnished room in a friendly, comfortable house with parking available (permit fine).

I'll be in my own home on the south coast from Friday morning until Sunday evening at least - likely more - so this would work well for families who would like some extra money but without a full-time tenant.

I think I'd fit best into a home with a couple or family with a spare room rather than a student house or first-jobbers.

I'm clean and tidy, easy-going, and friendly but would be doing my socialising away from your home as i have lots of friends in the area. Just need a base! But I am a decent cook so would be happy to muck in with that.

Very low-maintenance tenant and happy to help with midweek animal or child sitting. I'm a former teacher of English who has moved into University administration.

If you've got a room in a nice house or flat that would suit (ideally Westcombe Park/Maze Hill/Greenwich central), then give me a shout.
