Young Man Seeking Room To Rent In Friendly Area

I am looking for a room/small flat to rent after returning to the area to be closer to old relations. I need to be near my family and friends so i have returned. I study from home half the time and go on day release to various companies to learn in different working environments.
I will use Universal credit to cover my rent in full and require tenancy agreement of at least 3 months to get that working
Rent will be paid prompt and in full.
I study computers as student at bath college and a keen learner.
I will also be away most weekends with family and i like to be tidy and quiet. I also would like to be able to cook as like to eat healthy. Any questions please just ask.
