I'm a researcher at Glasgow Uni, looking to move between now and 22 Oct.
It would be nice to find a friendly, quiet house share (budget approx. 550), or place that isn’t shared (budget 800), within a 30 min cycle from University Avenue. Uncarpeted would be a big plus. In house shares, I’d hope to be on friendly speaking terms, but respecting each other’s space is the most important thing to me. I spend a lot of time at work. Am vegan and prefer to keep some of my kitchen items to myself, but don’t mind sharing with non-vegans/smokers who don’t smoke in the house.
It would be nice to be the kind of share where we can invite friends over for dinner from time to time, but not have parties if not everyone in the house is keen on them.
