Easy going, tidy and friendly professional

I am 38 years old professional working in a digital marketing agency in Soho. Originally from Spain and have lived in the UK for the past 12 years. I'm an easy going and tidy person, and enjoy the odd glass of wine and chat in the kitchen but also respectful with flatmates privacy and space. I'm out during weekdays until late evening (usually go to the gym after work), and more at home during weekends.
