Friendly, reliable professional at Exeter Uni seeking a spacious (ideally ensuite) room within walking distance of campus — tidy, considerate, and looking for a welcoming home. I’m a full-time professional working at Exeter University and would love to find a room within 15–20 minutes’ walk of campus, ideally also close to shops and bus stops (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, and other amenities). My budget is £750–£800 pcm (with or without bills), and I’m available to move in from 20th September, flexible on the length of stay.
A little about me: I’m a clean, tidy, and considerate housemate who enjoys reading, yoga, and a relaxed tea catch-up with housemates when we’re free.
