Seeking room in East London

Hey! I'm a looking for a room with good links to Canary Wharf, ideally around Deptford, Bermondsey, Borough in the South or Dalston, London Fields.

I'm originally from Scotland and have dual British-Brazilian citizenship, having lived in London for the past 9 years.

I work as an events manager in Canary Wharf (Monday-Friday) and work from home 1-2 days a week.

I’m friendly and sociable and easy going, open to building new friendships whilst also being respectful of everyone’s need for space and downtime. I also tend to not confine myself to the bedroom so having a shared living space that is actually shared is important for me.

Outside of my day job I lead a fairly active lifestyle swimming or hitting the gym when time and energy allows. I also have a road bike so any storage space (parking, balcony, etc.) would also be super helpful.

In my spare time I like to get out and about, especially in the warmer months. Taking my camera kit with me to attempt landscape photography, travelling to Europe to escape the rain or just catching up with my friends downtown.

I'm clean, considerate and the sort of person who wants to make the house a home to relax in. I always do my bit to clean after cooking and cleaning the communal areas on regular basis.

I would love to view rooms or simply meet up if you're interested in buddying up to find a place. I can view or meet during the evenings or weekends.

My move on date is preferably no later than 22 March 2026.
