Double Room Wanted in NE London, Herts or Essex

I'm a 27-year-old copywriter, working in London and looking for a double room with an easy journey to work - ideally somewhere on the London and Herts/Essex border. I am relaxed, friendly and responsible. Love going out to eat, watching movies and chatting about life, but respectful of everyone?s personal space. Happy to share cleaning responsibilities.

I don't mind sharing with guys or girls but ideally I'd like people near my age, with a few similar interests. It?s also important to me that family members (usually my mum!) or friends are fine to stay over occasionally. A station within walking distance and a non-smoking house are my must-haves, and parking would be great but it?s not a deal breaker.

Looking to move anytime from the end of March/beginning of April, so please get in touch if you like the sound of me and have something suitable!
