I’m Javi, a Finance Analyst with a hybrid 9-5 schedule, usually WFH 1–2 days a week otherwise I'm in central London.
I’ve been in London for over 10 years, mostly around Finsbury Park – so that’s my first choice area – but I’m open to other locations too (even south of the river!).
I’m looking for a flatshare that’s:
* 2 bedrooms (max 3)
* Ideally with an en-suite or separate bathroom (but not a dealbreaker)
* LGBT-friendly would be a plus
About me: I’m tidy, considerate, and pretty chill. I love watching films/Netflix series and I’m into fitness – I usually hit the gym a few evenings a week.
I don’t have a fixed move-in date, so I can be flexible and work around what suits everyone.
