33yo male professional looking for flatshare

Hi there,

I’m Javi, a professional Finance Analyst with a 9am-5pm job in central London. I also WFH sometimes, 1 or 2 days a week max.

I’m from Spain, and I've been in London for over 10 years, mostly around Finsbury Park, but I’m open to other locations too.

I’m looking for a flatshare that’s:
* 2-3 tenants max, including myself
* Ideally with a private bathroom or en-suite, but not a dealbreaker
* Not a party flat, I go home to rest
* Friendly vibe, or LGBT-friendly

About me: I’m tidy, considerate, down to earth and chill, although obviously I also enjoy a bit of socialising. I'm into fitness (usually hit the gym a few evenings a week), love watching films and series, music, games, etc. I also play the piano, but unfortunately I won't be bringing one with me.

Open to buddy up as well. As I don’t have a fixed move-in date and I can be flexible.
