Help-Looking for a double room/flat in Manchester

Hello,

My name is Andrea and I'm from Spain. I’m looking for a double room in Manchester, in one of the following areas: Stretford, Sale, Brooklands, Timperley, Navigation Road or Altrincham.

The room would be a double one. Also, a non-smoker house. I don't mind if you smoke, but outside, please. No party house. This is very important as I'm looking for a quiet and considerate house where to relax after work. I'm friendly and approachable, and of course I will always have a chat with you in the kitchen, but it's also important to know that I also need my privacy and space sometimes, as I’m studying to become a software developer (it’s a self-paced course).

I’m a responsible, organised, clean and respectful person. My hobbies are sports, gym, photography, going to concerts (last one was in 2020, right before Covid 😭, Alanis Morissette 💖), movies, reading and I’m a big fan of Apple. I do figure skating at the ice rink in Altrincham 3-4 times per week, and I also go to the gym (the ones in the area). I do most of my life in Altrincham as I love the town centre and my favourite coffee shop is there.

If you have a flat available, it would be a 1 bedroom flat for single occupancy.

My budget is £650 per month, ideally with all bills included for a double room. I'm used to share space as I lived in Canada sharing a house with people from around the world for almost two years (2011-2013).

For the flat, it would be £800 per month.

In relation to the moving date, I can be flexible with that.
