Help-Looking for a double room/flat in Manchester

My name is Andrea and I'm from Spain. I’m looking for a double room in Manchester, preferably in the south.

The room would be a double one. Also, a non-smoker house. I don't mind if you smoke, but outside, please. No party house. This is very important as I'm looking for a quiet and considerate house where to relax after work. I'm a person who talks to people when we see each other around the house, but it's also important to know that I also need my privacy and space sometimes. The house also must have a living room.

If you have a flat available, it would be a 1 bedroom flat for single occupancy.

I can afford £650 maximum per month with all bills included for a double room. I'm used to share space as I lived in Canada sharing a house with people from around the world for almost two years (2011-2013).

For the flat, it would be £800 per month.

I'm a responsible, organised, clean and quiet person. I'm friendly and non-smoker.

In relation to the moving date, I can be flexible with that.
