Should we live together?

I'm a thirty-something low-powered career woman looking for somewhere nice* to live and some pleasant people to live with (eg, who are happy to put the kettle on and maybe have the occasional meal or movie night together). Bonus points if you're offering my ideal friendly, homely, queer share in North London.

*"Nice" here means includes a kitchen that accommodates average-sized humans, has a shower capable of producing more than a light drizzle, is at least sometimes touched by sunlight, and effectively keeps wildlife on the outside.

Living with me will be kinda fine because of the following (non-exhaustive) list of reasons:
-I'm generally agreeable and considerate and nice to people
-I am pro-hygiene
-There is a chance I might occasionally feed you homemade baked goods or confectionery
-I own headphones and use them frequently to keep sounds contained to my own ears
-I will bring many green leafy things and do a reasonable job of keeping them alive
-You can use my air fryer
-My sense of humour grows on you, probably

My ideal housemates would also meet some of the above criteria. Ultimately anyone I can peacefully coexist with is good.
As the song goes, I don't care who you are, where you're from, what you did, as long as you clean up after yourself and aren't a serial killer (that seems right, right?)

Boring bits:
Budget shown is roughly for all rent and bills, with a little flexibility.
Can potentially be a bit flex on move-in date for the right place and people.
Ideally I'd like to bring my own bed, which I'm quite fond of and has the advantage that I know all the people who have historically slept in it.
