Room needed for fun and creative professional

hey everyone,

I know you probably read many wanted ads everyday, so i hope somewhat my ad somewhat stands out from the rest. I am looking for a clean room to rent in London in the areas of stoke newington, angel, london fields, haggerston, dalston, hackney wick, clapton, shoreditch, highbury, De Beauvoir Town, bethnal green. If it another area other than that I won't mind as long as the room is nice I am open to looking at it.
I am very mindful of other tenants and always trying to be tidy and friendly. I work in music consulting and corporate events.

Please note my budget is 800 all inclusive of bills. I enjoy other peoples company and looking to have good conversation with people.
