Looking for a double room - females preferred

I'm a professional Muslim female looking to share with other professional females. Preferably one other person.

I get along very well with housemates, but equally respect others space and privacy, especially on a work day. I have a professional job, working 5 days a week out of the house 90% of the time, with a work life balance.

Looking for a room (all bills inc. preferably). Free parking availability is essential as I have a car.

I am a very clean and tidy person, and always clean up after myself. I'm looking to share with other mature females who share this mindset with respect to shared areas - prefer bathroom maintenance to be kept to high standards, to ensure comfort for all.

I'm easy going and mind my own business. Equally happy to have a chat when not occupied.

I am hoping to find a place sharing with people with mature sensibilities, such as being respectful of one another, and keeping noise levels down on work days with TV and when on the phone. I would extend the same respect in return.

No agents or landlords who charge a reference fee.

Looking for a room that looks like the pictures. Not a tired, poorly maintained room or a house that has neglected damp problems.

Looking for a pet free and smoke free place.

Being Muslim, I'd be more comfortable in a house share where there aren't any male overnight stays, no alcohol, no pork, and certainly not a party house.

I've rented my own home for years and others' rooms alike, and know basic manners and etiquette go a very long way.

I'm likely to respond to messages that have basic communication manners.
