Qualified Professional Looking For Room To Rent

Hi I am a qualified social worker who is looking for a double room or an apartment to rent around the Clapham/Balham/ East Croydon area... I work in Croydon and Although I am a smoker I would like to note that I prefer to only smoke outdoors!

I'm originally from Leicester however have been living in Croydon for nearly 2 years!

Looking for an ensuite room or a room that has its own bathroom (I'm kinda OCD about that hahahaha) on the plus side you know that would mean the house will be spotless! :)

I am comfortable sharing with either male or female. Personality wise I'd say I'm a chilled out guy that enjoys going out, chilling in, shopping, travelling, socialising with friends and watching silly cheesy tv :)

I'm open to buddying up for a flat!
