I'm Joseph, a 29 year old IT Engineer (also freelance writer and musician) and I'm looking for a new place to live as I'm unsatisfied with my current living conditions.

I'm not averse to buddying up with someone in a brand new place, provided the price is right and the person/persons interested in doing this are people I can trust.

FYI: I currently have BT Infinity installed at my current place and can arrange with BT to move it. I would prefer this as I quite like the fibre speeds I'm currently getting.
