Hello!
I am seeking a double room in Lincoln, Market Rasen or Brigg, or nearby areas, to be closer to friends.
Ideally I’d love to move in by October or end of November 2025 at the latest. I can potentially move this forward though if the ideal property situation comes up.
I’m primarily interested in a one bed flat/house/large studio as i am a naturally introverted person who also works from home! annexes could be an option too.
I am also open to finding likeminded people to share a property with (two others max I think), if it’s rented via a private landlord.
I work freelance editing and proofreading fiction novels, and am looking to start streaming soon too!
I have a lot of varied interests, but video games, reading & writing, food & drink, music and travelling are probably up there with my favourites. It would be great to live with people who share these interests too!
I’m an introverted extrovert who values time alone to recharge and chill, but i love socialising with housemates too, should you want to ofc!
It’s important that I live with someone who is considerate of others noise wise, i’m not looking to live with heavy drinkers, nor a party house or a clubbers retreat where i’m going to be kept up all night or woken up at random hours by people being noisy. People who can keep on top of things like washing up etc without being obsessed about it would be a huge bonus too!
My budget is £550 p/m maximum, and this would ideally be with all bills included in the price, but if you are able to offer a deal that would be grand! I’m more than happy to negotiate and discuss things so a solution is reached which suits both parties.
In return you will find I am clean, tidy, open-minded, considerate (as to not be a hypocrite!) and happy to pull my weight in regards to cleaning and so forth. I got all of the partying out of my system at University and prefer chilled evenings in to a wild night out now! I will look after your property as if it were my own.
