Gamer guy seeking a room or small property!

Hello!

I am seeking a single or double room in Witney primarily, but would also consider Burford, Woodstock, Carterton and potentially even Chipping Norton. I love Cheltenham as well and would be happy to take an ideal room there.
I work freelance editing and proofreading fiction novels, and am looking to start streaming soon too!
I have a lot of varied interests, but video games, writing, food and travelling are probably up there with my favourites. It would be great to live with people who share these interests too!

I’m an introverted extrovert who values time alone to recharge and chill, but i love socialising with housemates too, should you want to ofc!

It’s important that I live with someone who is considerate of others noise wise, i’m not looking for a party house or a clubbers retreat where i’m going to be kept up all night or woken up at random hours by people being noisy. People who can keep on top of things like washing up etc without being obsessed about it would be a huge bonus too!
My budget is £600/650pm, and this would ideally be with nearly all, or all bills included in the price, but if you are able to offer a cheaper price that would be grand! I am happy to negotiate and discuss things so a solution is reached which suits both myself and you.

I’m also very open to one bedroom flats/studios/annexes or small houses, and am also open to finding likeminded people to share a property with if it’s rented via a private landlord.

In return you will find I am clean, tidy, open-minded, considerate (as to not be a hypocrite!) and happy to pull my weight in regards to cleaning and so forth. I got all of the partying out of my system at University and prefer chilled evenings in to a wild night out now!
