Essentials
•Spacious room with a window.
•Own bathroom/shower.
•Parking (Ideally free but not a must)
•Ample storage space in the room.
•Kitchen storage.
•Good transport links into London mainly to Islington.

I'm looking for a houseshare with no more than 4/5 people mixed F & M. If females only, must be clean and tidy house.

I'm very clean, quiet and sociable but like my space as well. I'm looking for housemates that are very considerate of the cleanliness of the shared spaces at all times, mindful of noise levels during the weekdays.

Ideally I want to rent from live out landlords who welcome People of Colour and share the space with individuals who are open to houseshare with a friendly and polite Black African. (Open to Live in Landlord for the right space)

I'm looking for somewhere I can feel at home and look after the space like it is my own.

I prefer long tenancy and pay rent on time.

I am a working professional who can afford rooms I am enquiring or as specification budget of this Ad so Landlords and Agencies after the viewing only ask for my proof of earnings and ID only if you know or the possibility is high that I am going to be offered the space. (Let's not waste each other's time, thank you)
