Quiet and relaxing lodgings required

I am a hard working, quiet, clean, tidy articulate lady, with a free spirited nature. I would like to be in a peaceful, tidy, clean home conducive to relaxation and with personality (a bit of colour😊). I don't do bland😊 Older/character property preferred.
I prefer a family environment with a mature autonomous outlook

Photos as property is in it's current state would be good😊

I work 12 hour night shifts 4 on and 4 off.

I work in full time security, home helping and I study from home. I also do a lot of woolcraft. I have many walking breaks away

I am seeking a more homely space. Clean and tidy with proper furniture would be good. I would not suit Monday to Friday seekers or curfew lodgings as I do continental shift work. Ensuite preferred.

I am happy to pay my own bills. The accommodation itself does not need to be huge, but QUIET.

I HAVE NO PETS but would would happily look after gentle, well trained dogs and cats as I love them both. I am sociable, enjoy lively banter, but generally I am self contained. I am happy to contribute to a household. I have good references

As I have been recently granted SIA Licences I have a DBS Certificate and have passed high level screening.( BS5878) I also have good Airbnb reviews . I have also been trusted by landlords to be a property guardian. I have looked after homes, gardens & pets. I am very good domestically and believe that a clean
tidy home is good for the mind.

As much as I don't like formalities , some kind of agreement would be good, just to know where we stand. I am open to rules as I am respectful of other people's homes. If photos are realistic with the right rooms being shown, that would be a good start. I have family in the area.

I would never do overnight stays out of respect for the property owner and other residents. I would not suit curfew lodgings as my schedule is not robotic.

My interests include outdoors, history, long walks, ruined buildings, nature, fitness, fashion, nutrition, cafe culture, old buildings, heritage, arts festivals, PEACE, woolcraft and spiritual studies... amongst other things and to pet owning landlords.. I love cats and dogs.
