Quiet, considerate professional

Hi 🙂

I'm looking for an en-suite/studio in the northern part of OX4 for an indefinite period (I expect at least 12 months). I've offered to pay rent at my current place until at least 1st August; there's some flexibility with moving at a later date if needed and if there was somewhere special available much sooner, I'd be open to paying a retainer fee or maybe even the full rent at both places for a while.

My background is mostly third sector and I currently work for an organisation that advises people on how to have more ethical careers. I work from home and am very friendly but I also generally keep myself to myself and travel a fair bit. I really value living in a pretty environment, which doesn't necessarily mean super tidy—a previous landlady commented on how I'm a rare mix of personally tidy but also comfortable with others' mess—but I do really like being able to look up from my laptop to some greenery. I'm vegetarian myself but comfortable living with non-vegetarians and I'm a lazy cook so I don't need long in the kitchen!
