37yrs looking for a quiet, relaxed place

Hello!

I'm George and I'm looking for a room in SE London.

I'm currently up in North East London but spend a lot of time SE and know it fairly well. I'm from London originally but have lived around.

I work as a data consultant and work from home essentially full time, but am looking to spend a bit more time in the office.

I enjoy music and film and am trying to reduce screen time and get back into reading. I'm curious and enjoy learning. I've been learning to sharpen knives recently so if you like cooking you'd have constant access to sharp knives!

I would like space for a bike somewhere as it's my main mode of transport (and enjoyment).

I consider myself a relaxed guy who respects people's space.
I'm looking for people with a similar outlook: relaxed, do their own thing but show their face when they're about (if they fancy). People who might like a trip down the pub now and again.
