Professional guy, looking for a homely place

Hello!

I'm George and I'm looking for a room in a SE London. I'm looking for somewhere to treat as a home rather than passing random people in the night.

I work as a data consultant and I work from home essentially full time, but am looking to spend a bit more time in the office.

When i'm not working I'm at the gym, singing in choir, reading or maybe trying to learn a new skill (I've been learning to sharpen knives recently so if you like cooking you'd have constant access to sharp knives!)

I would like space for a bike somewhere as it's my main mode of transport but it's not a dealbreaker at this point.

I consider myself a relaxed guy who respects people's space.
I'm looking for people with a similar outlook: relaxed, do their own thing but show their face when they're about (if they fancy). People who might like a trip down the pub now and again.
