Friendly professional looking for a double room :)

Hi!
I’m Jess, a professional jazz (and beyond!) singer and trainee counsellor, looking for a double room in a friendly flatshare.

I’m flexible on the move-in date and value a calm, friendly home (a creative atmosphere is a plus, yet not a requirement).

I’m often out working and training (usually Mondays, Thursdays, and weekends) and tend to go to bed relatively early-ish, so I’m looking for a quiet space to relax and recharge.

I enjoy living with people I can connect with over a cup of tea and a chat. Shared interests and a sense of humour would be great :)

I’m financially stable and can provide references, proof of income, settled status, and right to rent. I’m in my 40s, originally from Italy, and have been in London since 2011.

I love animals, so I’m happy to live with furry friends :)
In my free time, I go to the gym, the cinema (big movie buff), the sauna, and for cold plunges, see friends, and walk in nature when the weather allows. exhibitions etc
