34yo NB northerner looking for communal home

Hi! I'm a non-binary writer and script editor working in film & TV.

My current tenancy expires in December, so I'm looking for a double bedroom in a social, queer- & disability-friendly house/flatshare. I'm able to move in from mid-late November, though the start of December would be ideal.

I'm tidy, considerate and sociable, and I value open communication with housemates. I love talking movies, books and music, and like to play board & video games with friends. I also grow my own herbs and vegetables and am into foraging plants and mushrooms 🍄


I’m vegan and a pretty good cook...by my standards, at least! It would be nice to share meals and hang out with housemates occasionally, and I'm equally happy to do my own thing and respect others' privacy when they need it. My ideal situation is probably the co-op model, where everyone contributes to the wellbeing and welfare of the household.
