Looking for double room with ensuit/one bed flat

I work at the airport and I’m also studying, so I really need a stable and long-term home. I’m quiet, respectful, and very tidy, keeping a regular routine.

I’m looking for a long-term, stable place and would prefer an AST arrangement, rather than something temporary, ideally in a friendly household where everyone respects each other’s space and privacy. I’m considerate with noise, keep shared areas clean, and I’m used to living independently.

I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I don’t host parties. I’m reliable with rent and bills and treat the property with care, as if it were my own home.

I prefer properties around Hounslow, Isleworth, or Feltham. My budget is around £960 per month, but price is negotiable for the right long-term property.
