33 year old professional looking for a new home

Hi! I'm currently living in Far Headingley and am looking for a new house or flatshare in Leeds or surrounding areas like Ilkley, Harrogate, Knaresborough.

I'm a hybrid worker, working in Leeds city centre for part of the week. I drive and have a car, so on-street or private parking is ideal.

My budget is around 650 p/m for a room but can be flexible, especially if bills are included. A garden, parking and a bath would be great, but they're not deal-breakers! I am an easy-going individual, low maintenance and have used Spareroom successfully in the past. I'm ideally looking for a flat share situation where I'd be a lodger.

My main interests involve being outside, walking and hiking in the Yorkshire dales, Peak District etc. I love music, both writing/playing it myself and I enjoy going to local gigs and social events, be it poetry readings, art exhibitions, you name it! I often frequent the Brudenell social club in Leeds.

I am quite flexible about who my flatmates are, but now being in my 30's, would prefer professionals rather than students. I would also be down to buddy up, but I'd be looking for an individual tenancy agreement, or a monthly lodgers agreement, so I wouldn't be liable for costs should the other people move out.

Expect mildly hippy vibes, good beer and wine, guitars and trips to the countryside on weekends. I'm also part of the LGBT community if that matters.
