En Suite room required in Milton Keynes near MK9

On the 7th January 2015 I will be starting a contract with Network Rail in Milton Keynes (MK9) and will require a room on a Monday to Friday basis. The contract is initially for three months but could carry on for a lot longer. References will be provided when I find suitable accommodation.
I am a sociable person with a god sense of humour but can respect the fact that a landlord would want a quiet, reliable, trustworthy person as I will be renting out my flat near Beaconsfield while I am staying in Milton Keynes. The Network Rail Offices are based at MK9 1EN ? and so I am looking in the surrounding areas ? preferably within 3 miles of the office.
I would also be looking for a room with an en suite bathroom, shared living room and a garage as I have a Maserati and while in MK hope to walk to work ? weather permitting.
