On the lookout!

I am a seeking a reasonably priced accomodation to call home. ldeally, I would like a self contained loft/or annex with bedroom, sperate living/kitchen area and a bathroom.

I am also open to a double room (en suite ideally), sharing with one/two clean and tidy housemates. l am looking for a home (not just a room), where all parties are able to share the space equally and feel at ease. I am willing to think outside of the box in terms of location.

I am pretty laid back, and have hopefully gained the right balance of interaction with housemates; whilst also respecting that people also need space at tmes.
