I want to share with ONE person only, and preferably live-in landlord.

Looking for somewhere - very nice obviously. Open to where at the moment (even if not on the formal list) - but a nice area and a "quiet" - considerate - flatmate...and convenient for travel.

And preferably no sleep overs for anyone.

UPDATE: - very short term also considered now - if longer stay not suitable or not available.

ME: Single, fit, active, healthy, non-smoking, (very) house-trained, considerate, long-time London UK male....who doesn't drink - but doesn't have any issues with either! Office-based and goes in everyday.

Not that much physical baggage (Have used storage for a long time) Work and previous landlord references also available if needed.
